CANCELLATION/CHANGES POLICY

 Policy includes all programs available at B.A.N.D

 All bookings require payment in full upon booking or credit card details.

 Notice received of booking change             $ forfeited
 Up To 30 days prior to arrival date                     25%
29 to 15 days prior to arrival date                      40%
14 to 3 days prior to arrival or trip                      60%
2 to 1 day prior to arrival or trip                         95%
Day of arrival or no-show                                   100%

 We are happy to write a letter for your travel insurance company if illness or injury prevents you from completing your booked activities.
 
If a trip is cancelled by the Dive Shop, you will receive a refund if you booked direct with us. For bookings through travel agents, we will contact them to recommend they refund you. You will need to contact the agent on your return from Niue.
